Biography
Claudia obtained her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School (k/n/a The University of Illinois Chicago School of Law) in 2010. While in law school, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award as the highest scoring student in her legal writing class. She was an Assistant State’s Attorney with the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office for 12 years where she tried over 100 criminal cases and successfully prosecuted numerous high-profile and violent felony offenders. She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of litigation and has lectured on constitutional issues at several law enforcement conferences throughout her career.
Claudia joined the Sotos Law firm in 2023 and brings her extensive public service experience to advocating for government agencies, law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and other government officials in state and federal court.
